Born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania, Executive Chef John Cotter has honed his culinary skills through education and hard work. He trained at LCCC as well as learned through experience at such local staple restaurants like Cooper’s Seafood in Pittston and Isabella’s in Wilkes-Barre. He also branched out and held a manager position at the facilities for Wilkes-Barre University. All of this combined helped shape his career and made him the right choice for Blue Ridge. His love of cooking is rooted in his Italian heritage but his fearless nature helps bring new twists to old classics. John is from Pittston and currently resides in Mountain Top.
